All products shipped from Better Pool Management are unopened and
in their orginal manufacturer's packaging. As a result any customer
that receives defective merchandise must follow the manufacturer's warrenty
claim procedures for that particular item.
Better Pool Management has provided a great deal of information about
our products (including links to manufacturer websites) to help prevent
purchases made in error. For mistakes that still occur, we have outlined
the following procedures:
- All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery

- Items returned that are opened or do not contain all their original
packaging may incur up to a 25% restocking charge
- Items returned opened and missing parts will be reviewed on a case
by case basis and may not receive any credit
- Items returned that are unopen and in their original packaging
will receive full credit minus our shipping costs
- Any credit due to the customer will be made within two weeks of
processing the return
Better Pool Management will resolve any shipment that we shall make
in error so that the customer suffers as little inconvenience as possible.
