Orders placed online via our web site will be sent out within 2 business 
          days during our peak season (March - November). Orders placed during 
          off season hours may require an additional 48 hours. In some situations 
          we may require additional time to ship out a product because we have 
          temporarily run out of stock or it is a special order item. Should this 
          happen we will attempt to contact the customer letting them know of 
          the delay and if they wish to cancel the order. 
        We currently do not charge any fee for handling an order. We believe 
          that any company offering free shipping but a substantial handling fee 
          is simply trying to offset shipping costs and to mislead the customer. 
        
        In addition to free handling, we provide 
          free shipping to addresses within our 
          service area for purchases exceeding $100. 
          These items will be delivered by one of our service crews and we will 
          contact the customer prior to attempting any delivery. The remaining 
          orders placed through our web site will be sent via Federal Express 
          or United Parcel Service (small orders weighing less than a few pounds 
          may be shipped via the United States Postal Service). The shipping rates 
          are calculated using our Fed Ex cost schedule and can be approximated 
          by visiting their web site. Remaining orders exceeding $25 will receive 
          a 50% discount off the estimated Fed 
          Ex shipping costs. Certain orders such as oversized (exceeding 
          150 pounds, etc) or rushed orders will require special shipping and 
          handling. Please call in these orders so that proper arrangements can 
          be made. Items that are marked as restricted currently cannot be shipped 
          via Fed Ex, DHL 
          or UPS. Please contact 
          us directly if your are interested in purchasing a product marked as 
          restricted.
        The shipping weight we calculate is an approximation 
          and could seem inflated because of the items girth. Logistic providers 
          factor in the length, width, height, and actual weight of the object 
          to formulate a billable shipping weight. Objects that take up more space 
          or are more awkward to handle receive a higher billable weight and are 
          therefore more expansive to ship.
